Terrible. I prepaid, checked in on my phone, and then waited for 20 minutes for my shuttle to appear. Well, okay. But then it parked and the driver never came out. I finally dragged my bags across the street and tapped on the window. She said she had to finish some paperwork and then had to use the bathroom. Another 10 minutes later she's done and dragging a bunch more people across the street. I've never seen anyone move so slowly. We loaded up and she picked around on papers again, then announced we were headed to Terminal 3 to pick up 3 more people. Oh great. Terminal 3 is 10 minutes away. Finally get there, load up new people, pick around on papers some more. Then finally got on the road to my hotel. Thank god mine was the first stop. It took me over an hour from airport to hotel because of the slowness of Super Shuttle. Never again! Taking Uber next time
