I don't normally bother yelping fast food restaurants unless they're really bad, but this was my first visit to Popoye's in Charlotte and I was just shocked at the level of customer service considering I've never experienced that at any other location. I was greeted very promptly and friendly pulling into the drive thru, they repeated my entire order back to me while taking my order, while paying and when being handed my order. I'm always asked to pull past the window and wait several minutes for my order, but not at this location. Food was all fresh and tasted great. Location looks new and clean from the outside.
