It's a beautiful new salon in town in a new shopping center. The salon is lovely and there is a nail salon at the back. Customer service is very welcoming with a sweet receptionist, free Keurig coffee of various flavors, and three filled small glass fridges with free bottled water! They also have a little snack stand. The hairdresser who took our niece back was super sweet. When she came out she replied, "Hi, I always introduce myself to everybody," as she shook all our hands. I was impressed. A guy walked in and let the receptionist know he was here for his appointment and the receptionist announced over the intercom to let the hairdresser know her appointment arrived. This salon is wonderful and definitely meets a five star rating. Kudos Prism!
