DO NOT SHOP THERE. The manager is Jackie. She is horribly rude.
My husband and I have shopped there for years, even opening up a store credit card. After buying a 300.00 watch and NEVER WEARING IT I was not able to return it. After bringing the watch home I realized the second hand skipped. The watch was only in my posession for 48 hours!
Jackie the store manager refused to believe I had never worn the watch. I asked her to inspect the watch for scratches and she refused. She interupted me while I spoke and frankly treated me like a repeat offender not a returning customer. This was the only time I ever attempted to return something there and the watch was defective. No, I did not want store credit and I did not want another watch that was the same. Why would I A. Want another watch that proved to be defective before even used. B. Continue to spend money somewhere that didn't care about keeping me as a customer. C. Support such a horrible return policy.
Let me be clear here. Only after I tried returning the watch did they inform me of their policy. Apparently their policy states that you can only return a watch within 30 days of purchasing it. This was obviously not a problem in my case but the watch has to also never have been worn. This seems unreasonable but again I never wore the watch and only had it in my possession for 48 hours.
There are a lot of different jewelry stores around, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.
