Consumer beware. VIP Roofing failed to deliver on warranty repairs for foam roof blisters. Roof was originally installed January 2013.
As I shared with Tavo on 11/28/17, "Man, you really disappointed me, Tavo. This after I referred you to both my neighbor (who gave you their tile roof business just last year) and again just 2 weeks ago when my house appraiser, who lives in the neighborhood, was looking for a good roofing company. In retrospect, that was my bad for pointing him in your direction. I called your office today to discover the number is no longer in service. That led me to discover all of the BBB complaints, for VIP Roofing. Proves what I've always known, warranties don't mean sh*t, if you work with a sh*t company. I was under the gun with the roof repairs as part of a home sale and I'm now forced to address the repairs on my own. Sorry for whatever led you to the situation you are in. Should you get back on your feet as another enterprise, I hope honesty prevails and you do your future customers right, both on the front and back end of the sale."
