I used these folks for my 2013 taxes and had a great experience. My accountant then moved onto another firm and my file was transferred to someone else for 2014. They failed to send me forms on time, made errors in my tax prep that resulted in late penalties, and totally failed at both client management and communication. Have found a new firm for 2015 and am hopeful that it's smoother sailing from here on out.
Would definitely not recommend Trowbridge based on my experience. So disappointing!
