we hired Cactus Pete's to care for our renter's pool for one month of service. We paid him in advance. He said he would email us a receipt. Our renters informed us that the pool had not been serviced. We attempted to contact Cactus Petes but his mail box was full. Later he did call us and unfortunately he had been in a very bad car accident and was hospitalized. He apologized and said he would have someone service our pool the next day. This has been over one week ago. We again, have left numerous voice mails for him. He has returned none of them. First, we hope he Is ok. Second we don't understand why no one has returned our calls and why our pool has not been serviced. We also, never received our receipt for payment.
