I was supposed to be a convert from 24 hr fitness to this LA fitness. I was told repeatedly that LA fitness was taking care of transferring my information over to use up the rest of my two year membership. After two months of repeatedly being hassled a new man behind the counter told me it is my problem and implied I was lying about my membership. I was then thrown out because I vented my frustration. This is the least professional gym I've ever been associated with and you couldn't pay me to go here. Literally if you paid me $50 a month I wouldn't work out here. The guy behind the counter who kicked me out told me he was the VP. If this is the case he is the least profession athletic club employee I've ever encountered and can best characterized as neglectful. Anyways, off to a better cleaner gym with much better customer service.
