STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! This is the worst property management company ever. Like all of these other reviews, I do not know how they stay in business. I am filing a BBB complaint today as well. I used them as my property management company starting in 2014 and Sherry as well as the owner/broker Kurt are complete liars and thieves. Sherry never did her job and allowed tenants into my house that had just filed for bankruptcy. They abandoned the house, shut off all utilities, left something dead in the trash can, left tons of trash and boxes of crap in the house, stole the refrigerator, and the list goes on and on, causing over $5k worth of damages. If Sherry would have done her job to begin with, I would have never agreed to having these tenants. When it came time to get into my house, since the tenant re-keyed it without my permission; Sherry and Kurt would not do their job for an emergency inspection. I have asked numerous times to be refunded for all of their management fees that they charged me since they did not do their due diligence and they are refusing to pay me back. I am lucky if they even reply to my emails or phone calls. This company is a fraud!!!!!!!!! Do not use them!!!!!!!!!!!!
