Bad experience at Rocky River Longhorn. Ordered a salmon salad to go and was told it would be 20 minutes. I thought that was a bit long for a salad, but decided to do it. I got there 20 minutes later, waited in a long line at the hostess stand, to be told to go to the bar area. I went to the bar...no one was there to help. After about 10 minutes someone asked what I needed. I told them about my salad that I had ordered now 30 minutes ago. They went to check on it..I then had to wait another 20 minutes to get it! When I got it home, the salmon was tough on the edges like it was either freezer-burned or cooked too long. I just hope I don't get sick from it! This location needs better quality control and time management!
