So glad I found this pediatrician. I'm a Patient Experience Director for a local hospital system and I can say as someone who does this stuff for a living that THIS is how you run a medical office. I've been in (way too) frequently with my son for his frequent ear infections and we've seen Dr. Bishop, Dr. Peterson and Theresa the PA. I like all 3 providers, they are very caring and take their time to listen and explain things. When I call on the phone they immediately answer - it's not the 15 minute phone hold music I put up with at my previous pediatrician's office. They keep enough sick child same-day appointments available so we can get in that day if we have to and when I call with a question during business hours they always have a provider return my call that day. I like the sick child/well child entrance, the waiting room and exam rooms are always clean, and we rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes past the appointment time to see the doctor. If my son gets prescribed something it's instantly transmitted to our pharmacy so by the time I drive over there, the Rx is ready. Seamless. The front office staff is friendly and helpful and I'm just very pleased overall. I'm mad at myself that I put up with another pediatrician's office treating us like crap for 10 months before I finally switched!
