I had furniture picked up to sell. 2nd furniture was sold since January and I have not received my check yet in the mail, and not April is almost over. Customer service has been nice and for the second time sent a "customer resolve" letter to the owner. The owner until now has not responded to the letter. That is just not right, owner already has the money and portion of what was agreed in the contract was not sent to me. And here I am trying to be patient waiting.
