I scheduled an appointment for 10am Friday to.have my Jeep.inspected for the latest recall. I was told about 30 minutes so I figured I'd wait. Was told to see Matt V. Got there early and Matt said there wasn't an appoint and it could take anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours before they look at it. I wasnt happy but Matt offered me a ride home and pick up. He called me back in an hour, said all done. I asked about scheduling Zaktek treatment and he said he could do it right.now. Called me back in the afternoon and said it was done. Picked it up later and everything was taken care of. Thanks Matt V for turning a possible bad experience into a good one!!!! First.time here for service, will be back.
