This box and these people, I love it all! Celsius has something for every type of Crossfitter out there. From the beginner mom looking to shed baby weight and stress to the competitive athletes looking for gains, the Celsius family is all encompassing and overly welcoming. I was simply looking to get in shape after having 2 children and although my work schedule doesn't afford me to come every day (I could only dream ) the payoffs I've made extend well beyond the changes in my body physically. As a chiropractic physician, I was worried about becoming injured, but the coaches at Celsius are highly trained, observant, and truly concerned about keeping their members healthy and active. Anyone can do this, you just have to start!
