In fairness, I was supposed to check in at 9:40 for a 10am appointment but I got lost en route and showed up at 10:10. The staff moved things around so I could still get full hour massage and mani pedi which was the package my husband bought me. The massage was just OK. They had my quick change back into my regular clothes for mani pedi which was annoying because I wanted to relax and chill!!! The nail salon is in front of spa with wide windows! No wonder they wanted me to change out of my robe. This isn't really a spa! It's a small place and although they were accomodating, I wasn't that impressed. The valet cost 10$ and they called my car too soon and rushed me out telling me my car had been there waiting for me for 10 minutes. My pedicure smudged right away and my manicure lasted 3 days before polish chipped off. If you are staying at Hyatt, it's a good and convenient place, but I felt stupid and silly being there for a relaxing and indulgent spa experience and the mani-pedi definately was not. Not that impressed.
