Well i don't know if i came on a bad day or what! But this place definetly was not a 10 minute express oil change, if you are paying for a quote on quote "10 minute oil change" thats's pretty much what you expect. First of all i waited in the line outside in my car for over 30 minutes which was a bit much. Then when i finally got to the front to get serviced they started on my car which i was there for well over 30 minutes he explained to me that he had broken some piece on my car that he had to replace and that's why it took so long. If it wasn't for the young guy Austin having such great customer service and upbeat personality i swear i would have been livid, so thanks to Austin he saved the day the way i see it .
