I went and purchased a Kenmore washing machine at the Sears outlet which had a few scratches on it ..which was fine . I had delivered and set up .
Went to do my laundry there was hair in the place where you put your
Laundry soap I thought was odd so looking at it closer the agitator was
Dirty.. I called store and talked to manger Andea on 3/17/18 I purchased
3/13/18 thought I was buying new with a few scratches not used.
Jay who was the salesmen showed me the scratches but never told me it was used not on paper work.
They did end up calling me and offer
me a new one which I excepted.
But what the manager put me through I would never buy anything
from the outlet again.
