Went in to get a haircut. An employee took my name and told me the wait was 20 minutes. There were about four customers and two stylists. After the customers who appeared to be before me were completed, it seemed that I should be more or less next. It had already been 45 minutes. Then they let the grandparent who had a grandkid get a cut, have the other grandkid's hair cut as well! She was not originally scheduled! I could hear the conversation - the grandparent was basically impatient and they decided to take his other kid, pushing me back farther in line. Meanwhile, the customers kept piling in, and with only two employees staffed, they had to keep stopping their cuts to take phone calls and sign in customers coming in! Then, a woman comes in with her elderly mother, goes to the counter and says "I called ahead" and the employee responds "we will be doing yours next"! So now I was into this wait and hour and 10 minutes (she told be 20 minutes!) and it was clear I was at least 30-45 more minutes from being attended to, which put my 20 minute wait at 1:40 to 2 hours! So I finally left in disgust. RIDICULOUS!
