Everyone knows that Heinen's is second to none in quality and selection, but I wanted to share a review of their amazing customer service. I went into the store this week looking for a really obscure product that isn't always on the shelf. Every single worker who approached me took their time and truly went above and beyond. The lady at the customer service desk called several area stores and eventually even placed a special order for me. In a time where everything seems so impersonal and no one seems to take their time to help someone else, Heinen's truly shined. Sometimes the best products are overshadowed by the rude and robotic service we receive at so many businesses. In this case, I can see why so many people love this store above so many others.
