Just had the most odd experience. My husband and I called and asked where a showroom was and was given an address. Once we get to the address, we can't find the showroom and call the number back. The call rep that answers has no training in how to answer our questions and is of no help. We inform the rep the address must be old and we hang up. Then we decide to call back and schedule and apt at our home instead. Same rep answers, says he going to put us on hold, then immediately hangs up on us. We call back a third time, same Rep answers again and pretends he doesn't know us and that he is someone different. We ask to talk to someone else, and are told no one else is available. Just terrible experience. Hard to buy a door when you can't get past customer service.
