I have had a running contract with Burns for five years. At first I had a dispute due to a charge for a service that I had not received. It was resolved without a problem so I continued with their service. I found evidence of termites recently so I called. I was told someone would arrive between 7 and 9 a.m. I don't like having to wait so I was very pleased when he showed up right at 7:00. He did a treatment both inside and outside of the house. This is what service should be everywhere. Peace of mind.
