We took my daughter to Dr. Johnson to have her wisdom teeth removed a few months ago. We had a great experience and I recommend him to all our friends. He's not super close to where we live and there are plenty of other options closer by, but they choose him anyway. The procedure was explained well so we knew what to expect. When I had concerns on how she was healing, they got us in right away to make sure there were no issues - of which there were none. Just a typical mom not wanting her baby to be uncomfortable! I also opted to take my younger son to him as well to have teeth removed to prepare him for braces instead of the orthodontist or dentist. The staff was compassionate and took great care of her. I know oral surgery and dentistry can cause a lot of anxiety for a lot of individuals. They understand and will help ease your apprehension. I'm sorry you have to see an oral surgeon to begin with - but since you do - I absolutely trust him and his staff.
