The gentleman working the passport area, Joe, has no clue what he is doing. I made a passport appointment to renew my passport and had all my stuff ready except the form. I was not sure what form I needed to fill out for renewal, but I had everything else that was needed. When Joe called my name, he was shocked and disturbed that I didn't have my form completed. He refused to let me fill out the form when I had 3 minutes until my actual appointment time. He told me I had to reschedule and wrote down the website to reschedule on my form. So I made another appointment which took another 2 weeks to get. I meet with Joe again and handed him my form that he gave me to fill out for the renewal. As he was looking at it, he told me I filled out the wrong form, but I told him that's what you gave me. He knew he was in the wrong because he saw his own handwriting on the form. His tone changed completely and let me complete the right form right there in the room. I would not advise anyone to get their passports done here if you are in a rush or ask for someone other than Joe.
