As a preschool teacher, I sometimes need photos printed in a hurry, and I've often used Walgreen's photo department since it is close and easy. Earlier this year, I found some 30-year-old old negatives of my brother and sister in a drawer and took them to Walgreens to be processed. After four months, they tell me the negatives must be lost. The manager was very apologetic and even watched the camera footage from the day I brought them in to see who handled my order, but no gift card or anything was offered for my loss. Please do not use their photo department.
