I've been to this place twice and it has not changed in 3 years, the rec room looks like it hasn't been touched since the early 90s, the rooms smell but not as bad as the hallway. Sheets and blankets suck. They have the worst shower heads... I've heard of water saving but if I have to shower 5 times as long just to get wet its pointless, worst shower ever. I've had better showers from east coast well water, and the worst part was I was unfortunate to have a room that was under the heater on the roof so every time it would kick on it would shake the room and it would basically sound like a jet engine was on the roof. The floor was even shaking and when I complained they said yes we get complaints about that and there is nothing they can do. So if you don't like sleep, or showering, or a clean up to date environment, yes the people are nice but that only goes so far. I only give 2 stars because of the pool and staff.
