I like Teavana in general. Their tea is yummy, their pots, although quite pricey, seem to be very nice, they have a great selection, they always seem to be clean and orderly, and they even make cups of tea to-order for you on the spot - kind of like the Starbucks of tea (which would make sense as they are owned by them).
What I really like about this Teavana though is the employees. They are very friendly. When I went in with two of my friends, we ended up talking to a couple of employees for 15-20 minutes. It was nice.
