I am the second owner of my 3 series and the first owner did not take great care in regular maintenance so every issue that I have had with it Passion has repaired at a fair cost. Lee (the owner) is always fair and very informative of what the process is in fixing the issue at hand. The first time I dropped it off with Passion, they took me back to my place of work... Above and beyond for a normal auto repair shop in my opinion. I would recommend anyone with any issues with your BMW (or other cars for that matter) to call Lee at Passion. They have saved me money on high cost repairs and they back their work 100%. I am a raving fan!
