I came here during my lunch break and had a 1pm appointment for a mani-pedi. I arrived 10min prior to my appointment, yet i was only served 10min. Later and so my whole appt. was rushed because I had to go back to work. I just didn't like how I wasn't serviced instantly, but I do appreciate how quick she did everything. However, after 3 days my nails started to chip and usually when I get a mani they can suffice for a week long.
I don't think I'll be back here because I wasn't properly serviced upon arrival. I only came here because it was so close to my workplace and I had purchased a groupon. Also, I'm disappointed with their hours of operations; A mani-pedi are not serviced pass 5pm, which sucks.
My usual go-to salon would never keep me waiting and the quality of work is amazing at Planet Nails (Yonge/Eglinton).
