Cheryl Darby, the Nurse Practitioner, is awesome! She was pleasant, attentive and certainly knows her stuff!! I was very impressed by her knowledge and thoroughness. After asking questions and taking my vitals, she quickly diagnosed my problem. It was New Year's Eve and I was the last patient for the day. I had never been to a Minute Clinic before and didn't realize I could have registered from my iPhone or laptop. When I arrived, I only saw two people waiting so I assumed this would be quick. I signed in at the kiosk and found I was looking at a 2-1/2 hour wait. I thought that timeframe must be wrong since there were only two in front of me. Others started coming in and going over to the kiosk to check in. Then I realized they were getting called in before me because they had registered earlier. I now know to register before coming in. Cheryl electronically sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy while I was still with her and by the time I got to the pharmacy window, my prescriptions were ready. She also gave me explicit instructions on how to use the inhaler since I had never needed one before. Cheryl was well worth the wait!
