After waiting an hour for Imagine Dragons to start their show, 3 employees and a fourth person stood right in front of me the second ID came on. I mean the second. I missed the entire beginning of the first song and when we asked them to move (because, hey it's a big arena- surely they can go somewhere else?!) the male employee snapped at me. It truly ruined the entire experience. Not sure why four people had to gather in the walkway (stairs) and have a discussion and block the view of the fans. It seemed entirely avoidable and felt like we were treated bad because our seats were $300 and not $500 Won't be going back any time soon. Thanks for ruining my only concert in Vegas. Also I took pictures from a standing position and with my arm raised as high as I could reach.
