What a shame this place is. I've haven't heard great things about this business, but I know that even the underdogs deserve a chance to come back. So I decided to try it out. On Monday late afternoon I walked in for a fill and a fix on one nail. There was only two ladies and they where helping someone already. I asked for how long the wait was and the girl doing nails says only appointments today we are short staffed. That's totally understandable so I asked about the following day at around 330. The girl says "yes yes come back at 330 tomorrow." I then ask if I can give her my name and number so she REMEMBERS. The girl tells me "no no it's fine I'm really good and remembering faces. Come back at 330 tomorrow" I was like okay see you then. Well I went back at exactly 330 the next day and guess what? They were closed! How the heck are you going to lie like that. I don't even know how this nail place is still open. So many bad reviews and unhappy customers walk out of that place. I should have just listened. It was a good thing tho I got a beautiful job done on my nails somewhere else and she will be my new girl from now on! You guys just lost another customer due to your unprofessionalism. Shame.
