Called this number (855)327-6089 that yelp has provided on here today 6/28 at 12:30pm. Super weird moment. Everything was a miscommunication. Then I told the guy I only want Internet not cable tv. He sounded disappointed then told me there's a fire alarm going on so he has to go but will return my phone call without taking any of my information. (If is a fire then yes please get out asap! But from the sound of his voice, he said it so calmly). I didn't hear from him since.
I called a different number the official charter # online (888-438-2427) and everything went smoothly all set.
I honestly do not know what to think of this..Is this a scam number? Or was he just mad because I didn't want to get the whole package..? Like who needs the whole package nowadays when all you need is Internet to access everything! I'm not upset at all, I actually find it amusing!
