I would not buy from here. I would honestly rate this as one of my top ten worst customer experience ever. It was a Sunday and my wife and I had found a 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee Limited on their website with a default pic. So I had filled out the online request for more information. I received a call from Gaby within 10 mins of me completed the online request. I set an appointment for Monday at 6:30pm. I had also asked Gaby to email me pics of the vehicle. I called her back a few hours later because she didn't send pictures. When she answered my phone call she said she would send them first thing in the morning at 8am because they are closing for the day. I said okay and called her the next day at 9:30am to follow up on the email or the pics. Finally she has a sales rep named Rick text me pics. The Jeep looked good but interior had seen better days as the two front seats are all ripped up. No biggie. I can get that fixed if the price is right. So I show up at 6:30pm and meet with Rick. He was a nice guy and showed us the Jeep. I asked to take it for a test drive. He says let me find the key. So we go back to his office and he spends about 45 mins looking for the key. He say after 45 mins that he can't find the key. So I reschedule my test drive to the next day. Rick had called me next day and said the rack and pinion needs to be replaced so they aren't going to sell me the vehicle and send it to auction because it didn't pass their inspection. I was still interested in the vehicle. I asked for a out the door price. Rick said he will have his manager Keith call me and give me a price. A few hours go by and I call to follow up with Keith. Keith talks to me like I'm an idiot and try's to sell me the Jeep for 2k more than what is listed on their website. I could keep going on about this horrible experience but I think you get the point.
