Want crazy good flavored sugars? They have them! Smoking guns? Yep! Your very own machine to make grown-up otter pops? Of course! And everything else that a professional baker, chocolatier or candy maker could need. Molds, pans, colors, flavors, chocolates, mini serve ware, ingredients, glow in the dark luster dust and the list goes on and on.
What distinguishes this place is that the lucky home chef who stumbles in is greeted by friendly staff that is more than happy to drag the back office experts out to help explain the myriad of cool toys they have.
Most items are not priced, but staff is happy to check them.
They also do custom transfer sheets and have an amazing selection of cocoa butter, as well as kits to get you started without a huge outlay for full size selections.
This is not a restaurant supply store. It is a high end specialty store. While not inexpensive, the quality is well worth the price. Be prepared to buy in volume as the store is, first and foremost, geared to commercial operations.
