Horrific! We signed up for a two hour 6:30 tour for Friday Feb 5th and the "captain" arrived at 6:47. With all the threats of being fined if you are a few minutes late, I expected to be extended the same courtesy and respect! I took a ride on a competitor bar bike the week prior and had an amazing time. The competitor was $20 less expensive for the same day and time. There was no music on the bike because the Captain's phone had died. My two friends and I pedaled around a music-less bike for 1.5 hours! My friends were visiting from California and this is the memory they are left with. Totally 100% disappointing experience! This may be a one off but this was my experience!
