I went there because my timing belt was screeching (the thing is I already changed it and it wouldn't stop) so I wanted to make sure that it was the belt not anything else. Upon getting there I tell them my problem and they said it's the alternator which I paid 400 dollars for. It was a 2012 Yaris and looking online now I could of got it for under 200 but that's not the point. I went off the reviews and trusted them huge mistake. I leave there thinking problem solved but no my belt kept screeching. I go back and show them a video of the sound and one guy just tightens the belt and Ernesto he doesn't want to listen to the video says I have to leave the car overnight. Even after they tightened it it still screeched I'm wondering if I even needed to damn alternator changed. After thinking about I don't think I'll take any of my cars back there I have an 07 Altima as well that needs work but I won't be taking it there. And I know the car I took to get serviced wasn't a Nissan brand car but they were quick to "service" it.
