I am really surprised that this place has such bad ratings. I have been to some of the other lab locations and I prefer this one. Today I went to the one in Avondale and the line was out the door. So I got online and looked up appointments available for the other location, it took less than five minutes to make an appointment for later in the afternoon. When I got to my appointment it took about 10 minutes from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out. If you have kids or a baby like me it is a little bit of a walk to the actual office but that's not really a big deal.
