I Found Pho Kingdom!
Craving for pho last night, so we hopped into our SUV and yelped as we drive to spring mountain. We've been searching for authentic pho and had a couple of misses with the other restaurants, so when we arrived at Kinh Do and saw a mostly empty restaurant with one table of non-asians (usually a bad indication), I was like uh-oh.
We only ordered pho and I have to admit, those non-asian know their phos! The broth was perfect, the noodles were well-cooked and they give lots of side dishes to put in your pho. The server even brought more over without us asking! The pho is also a couple dollars cheaper than Pho Saigon 8 and Pho 1.
