This is a nice little buffet to come to for a quick cheap lunch. Maybe not that quick, since it is a buffet and I do like to take my time eating. Shanghai Buffet had a decent variety of food to choose from and seemed to have a steady flow of customers for lunch time which is usually a good indication. The staff here was really nice and the service was excellent.
I got a little bit of everything just to try and the food was...food. It wasn't bad, and it wasn't OMGYUM good, it was just...food! I don't really know how to explain that, but to sum it all up - I'd come back here if I wanted to eat at a cheap buffet and I was in the area.
