I was excited to see this opening in my neighborhood. I've been to the downtown location many times. Would love to see this be successful but off to a very bad start. I've been here twice and service was horrific both times. Both visits, different servers, had horrible entitled attitudes. Like you are doing us a favor by letting us into your dining establishment. If you ask for a substitution you get a no and an Eye-roll. Walked from my home in TPC and was given major attitude because I had a water bottle. Seriously? Fire everyone and start over.
