I like Ulta, but the bathroom was hideous. I went into the bathroom and there was no toilet paper, no paper towels and it was filthy. When I walked out I looked at the salon and felt it was dirty as well. Come on, it is not hard to keep a bathroom clean. The store itself was alright but I always wonder what the cleanliness is like when they can't even keep the bathroom in the salon clean. I thought they had to keep it clean for their salon license.
