I have recently upgraded my Guardian service to include a video doorbell and camera for my backyard. After a few days into the month my saved clips from the video were maxed out and my cameras no longer stored video. I had to add more space for an additional monthly fee in order to restore my video. Even after changing the camera sensitivity to its lowest setting, I still exceeded the included plan. I called customer service many times to help me with settings for cameras and was informed that they "do not support" those instruments. Now, I can not get a chime on my cell phone when the doorbell rings. Called tech support and they suggest I call my cellphone company. They also reiterate that they do not support this product. I asked if I could speak to someone from the tech help of the doorbell mfg. They told me to google it! So unhappy with their service. I would like to go back to using my Ring doorbell. Much easier to use and their tech support is amazing!
