I had no idea this was an extensive Southwest and West Coast chain when we arrived here, but boy was I happy we stopped in. It was the perfect place to stop in and fill up on the way to zion - the breakfast menu is EXTENSIVE and the specials even more. I got the huevos rancheros - and boy did they not disappoint. My husband got eggs with some sort of Mexican twist - might have been called Fiesta eggs - but whatever it is, the beans, the eggs, the sauces, service, and price points were all AMAZING. I would go back here in a heartbeat.
