I'm not sure if I was unlucky and got a bad staff but the person who did my pedicure scraped off skin on my second toe and then pretended like it didn't happen. My toe started stinging like crazy while she was still holding on to my foot but she didn't believe me. I told the manager and he just offered to give me some polysporin. No accountability at all.
