Came here today and got a partial and cut. I think the yelper that had negative things to say about Nikki is just looking for someone to blame because she didn't know what she wanted done to her hair. A hair stylist is not a mind reader; and they are not out to sabotage your hair. I find it odd that said yelper wanted blonder hair but their picture shows them with red hair, like Nikki supposedly did. Also, you can be bullied into saying negative things about a hairstylist by your family but can't speak up when apparently the stylist put words in your mouth? Shame on you. I had a lovely, relaxed hair appointment today and I will gladly go back. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but the story sounds a little fabricated and drama queened up.
