Really wish I could have made this facility work. I really enjoyed my first appointment with Dr. Roberts as she was thorough, professional, and kind. My dealings with the front office staff, specifically Hayden, have since been atrocious. Hayden was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, curt, and dishonest about my health benefits. I asked to speak with someone else and was told that wasn't an option even if I called back Monday (exemplary behavior of an unethical and argumentative way of doing business).
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this clinic. There are far too many options for investing in your health, and putting up with the unkind and unprofessional behavior of an unhappy woman is not worth it.
