Ordered a slatted foundation from their online store after HOURS of research on slatted foundations for my new memory foam mattress (think Leesa and Casper mattresses). Compared to all of the other foundations I found, they were the only ones who had slats that were less than 3 inches apart. Also loved that they stated the foundations are specifically for memory foam mattresses :D
The ordering process was very easy and fast: received a phone call within the same day of placing my order and email confirmation when item was shipped. Item came on time and was easy to assemble.
I found the youtube video they have on their website showing the assembly was most helpful than the instruction booklet though
