I had scheduled an appointment at 9 for an MRI because I had to be at work at 10:30(30 minutes away). They told me to come in 30 minutes early to fill out the paperwork before my test. I stood there for 15 minutes before someone even spoke with me about my arrival and there was nobody in line in front of me. After filling out my paperwork I sat there until almost 10 before they finally called me back. I understand being a couple minutes behind but if I make an appointment for 9 I shouldn't be sitting there until 10 to get my test done. There's a reason I scheduled 9 am people!!!! I've been to another SimonMed and didn't have any problems, so I would suggest making your appointment at a different office.
