We did a lot of research before we picked Cal Air. Their reviews were really good and seemed genuine. It's always nerve racking when you have to find service for anything in your home as everyone is afraid of being taken. But when I called Cal Air and left a message, the returned my call with in 5 mins. I called back and spoke with a nice lady named Alexis. I told her I was interested in a maintenence visit and she explained my options. I decided on the 2x a year package for $170. And inquired about air duct cleaning. Their prices seemed very reasonable. They scheduled a visit for me the next day with Technician Richard. He was very nice and explained everything to us very throughly. Gave us advice on tons we could do to save energy and money. He even put on shoe booties which I appreciated greatly. He made me feel very comfortable and gave us peace of mind that our system was running well in preparation for the hot summer.
