Kudos for having awesome sales. However, customer service here is terrible. I've asked for recommendations a couple of times for products and some of the staff doesn't have a clue. Tonight I came in around 8:45 to return a few items. The gal Who helped me was obviously annoyed. I intended to make another purchase but my phone died and my coupon was on my phone! I explained this to her and she did not offer any assistance. I left, charged my phone, came back, and was trying to browse the store for a few items a few minutes before closing. I was having a hard time finding what I was looking for. I was approached by a different staff member who said "ok it's about that time, we are closed, if you want you can put something on hold and come back". This was at 9:02. No, can I help you find something. Nothing acceptable in her tone. She was basically saying " we are closed please leave". I do not make habit of staying in stores after they close I try to be respectful. But I've never, not once in my life, been told I needed buy something or leave because the store closed 2 minutes ago.
